About the Role
In this role, you will be performing administrative and customer service responsibilities that are vital to our workplace. Common duties shall include scheduling patient appointments and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be friendly and flexible, ensuring that the office is well organized and presentable to customers every day. The candidate must be proficient in the use of a computer with the ability to use Microsoft Words and an Excel spreadsheet. Experience with the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus.
· Associate Diploma or Medical Assistant Certification
· Front Desk Experience
· Ability to schedule and follow up with clients.
· Good communication skills,
· Experient with Electronic Health (EHR) or willing to be trained.
